[Track 2] Paper Submission is open.

The main conference has opened [Track 2] submission which accept the 2-page extended abstract paper for reviewing. 

All accepted and presented papers in Track 2 will be published as extended papers having 3 or greater pages in the issues of PTL (Platform Technology Letter, ISSN 2288-8195) in 2018.

The [Track 2] paper submission due date is Friday, 29 December 2017.
